Medieval Lecture Series
The University of Waterloo is proud to host the annual Medieval Lecture Series. Dates and specific information will be posted when available.
Dear colleagues, students, and friends,
Please join us for the upcoming event of the St. Jerome’s/University of Waterloo Medieval Lecture Series on Monday, February 22 at 4:30 in SJU 3015. Dr. Adnan Husain will be visiting from Queen’s University to give a fascinating lecture on Peter the Venerable. Join us for cheese and pastries, as you enjoy hearing about Peter’s understandings of religious difference and polemical approach.
There will be another upcoming lecture in the series on Thursday, March 10 at 4:30 in SJU 3015 as well. Dr. Emily Hutchison will give a lecture on “Policing Late Medieval Paris.” More details to follow.
